John's place is great for a quite, peaceful stay. Tucked away in the back of a quadraplex, the home sits with great natural light and a beautiful re-model. It's one the nicest BnB's we've ever stayed it, elegant and minimalist. John was a very responsive host. Location is walkable to coffee, gym, groceries, yet far enough off the main road you don't hear any car noises.
The place uses space well, the fireplace worked great for cold nights in and the forced air HVAC unit was helpful in keeping the place conformable. Upgraded appliances and very nice floors.

What a wonderful condo! It is so clean and it is very modern but very warm at the same time. It is spacious and very comfortable. Daniel and Mary were so quick to respond when we had some inquiries. Great location too, very close to the beach, restaurants, and Raleys. I highly recommend this unit!
